Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account. If you cannot reach the app, submit a request at https://duakapisi.motivexintelligence.com/en/delete-account/.
I am not receiving prayer notifications.
Check that notification permission for Dua Kapısı is enabled in device settings. On iOS the exact-alarm permission may also be needed.
Prayer times look wrong.
Check that location permission is on and the correct city is selected. You can choose a calculation method for your region in settings.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
